This policy explains how AgraX handles information when you browse produce market data, create an account, save commodities, or subscribe to market updates.

Who we are and how to contact us

AgraX, Inc. operates the produce market information service at www.agra-x.com. For privacy questions or requests to access, correct, or delete your information, contact starmantra12@gmail.com.

Information we collect

• Account information: your email address, account identifier, authentication information, and account activity needed to create and secure your account. Email/password credentials are handled by our authentication provider, Supabase.
• Google sign-in: when you choose Google, we receive basic account information such as your Google account identifier, name, email address, and profile image where provided. We do not receive your Google password or request access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts, or calendars.
• Your choices: your preferred market, saved commodities, and any report or email preferences you submit.
• Email subscriptions: your email address, chosen markets and report groups, confirmation status, and information used to process confirmation and unsubscribe requests.
• Technical information: our hosting and authentication providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information, timestamps, and request or error logs as part of delivering and securing the service.
• Support messages: information you provide when you contact us.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate you, restore your preferred market and watchlist, deliver account and subscription messages, respond to requests, troubleshoot problems, and protect the service against abuse. Creating an account does not by itself subscribe you to market-update emails.

Google account information is used to provide and secure your AgraX account. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train general-purpose AI models. AgraX’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements where applicable.

Service providers and sharing

We share information with service providers as needed to operate AgraX. These include Supabase for authentication and account storage, Vercel and Railway for hosting and application delivery, and Resend for subscription and support-report email delivery when those features are enabled. Google processes your sign-in under its own privacy policy.

Some pages load fonts or software libraries from Google Fonts and jsDelivr. Your browser connects to those services, which can receive technical request information such as your IP address.

We may also disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect users, address fraud or security incidents, or establish or defend legal rights. We do not publish your email address or private watchlist to other users.

Optional usage analytics

When enabled, Google Analytics loads only if you choose Accept in the analytics cookie prompt. It measures page visits and browser/device information to help us improve the site. We do not send account identifiers, email addresses, search text, URL query parameters or subscription tokens through our analytics integration. Advertising signals and personalization are disabled. You can decline and continue using AgraX, or change your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer. Your choice is stored in this browser.

Browser storage

The authentication service uses browser storage to maintain your session. AgraX also uses temporary session storage to remember a market choice or pending watchlist action during Google sign-in. That pending action expires after 15 minutes and is removed when the return is processed. Some site features may store local preferences on your device.

You can sign out or clear your browser’s site data. Clearing browser storage does not delete information saved in your account and may require you to sign in again.

How long information is kept

Account details, preferences, and watchlists are kept while needed to provide your account. Subscription information is kept to manage your choices and honor unsubscribe requests. Technical records and provider backups may remain for operational, security, or legal purposes after information is removed from the active service.

To request account deletion, email the privacy contact above from your account’s email address. We may need to verify your identity before acting. We will explain any information that must be retained rather than promise immediate removal from every backup or log.

Your choices and requests

• Change your preferred market through Account, and remove saved commodities through My watchlist.
• Use the management link provided with a confirmed email subscription to change preferences or unsubscribe.
• Contact us to request access, correction, an export, or deletion of account information. Additional rights may apply depending on where you live.
• Remove AgraX’s connection through your Google Account connections. Revoking Google access does not automatically delete your AgraX account; contact us separately for deletion.

Security and processing locations

We use encrypted connections and account access controls to help protect information. No online service can guarantee complete security. Our providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States.

Children

AgraX is intended for produce-market research and business use, not for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and address it.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before making relevant changes.
